This month we have two artists to showcase!

Lisa Lemire - Mixed media using paper, metal, glass, gemstones... it's more than an image, it mirrors moods of mystery & peace... These are larger, glass framed pieces that would command a wall all to itself. (Secret: Did you ever wonder what I did for a creative outlet before this jewelry store? This is it - well one of my outlets at least... Yep, this is my maiden/artist name!)

Laura Bowker - We're having a trunk show! Her handcrafted art glass beads that she used the Battuto technique on, a form of glass engraving... These beads are big & simply beautiful! She traveled all the way to Italy to learn this technique & she's good at it! You could wear just one of her beads on a cord & that would beautifully say it all. We're the Best!!!

We won first place in the Fashion/Designer Category in the Best of Western Washington contest!!!

Last Friday night, Evening Magazine had a big party for all the winners at the new Snoqualmie Casino. We had a blast! I had the great opportunity to meet a lot of really nice people & wear some fabulous jewelry!

Mary Gibbs - Opening Reception, Friday - November 7th, 6-9PM

I was enjoying a beautiful day at the Edmonds Arts Festival in June & I came across Mary Gibbs who had a booth there. I LOVED her paintings! They are uniquely realistic watercolors of domestic cats, foliage & landscapes. What really drew me in, is this picture here called "Cozy Afternoon". I exclaimed "That looks like my cat!" She said this piece is her best seller & a lot of people say that! ALL her paintings are beautiful & she's a self taught artist. Margi Baxter Wilburn - Opening Reception, Friday, October 3rd, 6 - 9 PM!

Another good reason to come to the Fremont First Friday Art Walk! Once again we are graced with another great artist, photographer Margi Baxter Wilburn. We will be hosting a reception for Margi here, October 3rd from 6 - 9 PM.

Whether her beautiful closeup flower pictures, gorgeous nature scenes & landscapes or many other awesome topics, Margi's work is like seeing the world as framed pieces of magical moments in time... To get a preview of her work, go here!

Gorgeous 18k & Colombian Emerald Rings!

These just came in! If you want to obtain the feeling of opulent luxury, these rings will surely give you that. Skillfully made with rich, textured, 18k yellow gold & very good quality Colombian Emeralds. The one on the left is1.26ct, the center is 4.55ct & the one on the right is 4.28ct.
